Early Check-in and Late Check-out

Early check-in and late check-out may be requested and arranged only if the property is not occupied by other guests on the day of arrival or departure.

The possibility of accessing the property before the scheduled check-in time or extending your stay beyond the scheduled check-out time depends on the time required for cleaning, tidying and preparing the property for incoming guests.

If there are no consecutive bookings and early access or an extended stay can be arranged, an additional fee will be charged for each extra hour spent at the property. The applicable price will be provided upon request, depending on availability and the requested time.

Private Events

Podere Meroli is also available for private events without overnight accommodation, with the entire property reserved exclusively for your group.

Podere Meroli makes the property available for rental. Any additional services are provided by independent external professionals, with whom guests agree directly on the relevant terms and conditions.
